ANYTHING ELSE; She always carries around a small notebook with her that's called a NOTE, and it's basically the source of her powers. It's also a piece of her soul. If anything were to happen to it, there will be a serious effect to her body. She could fall into a coma or even die. Also the soul of a murderous alien kind of lives inside her and is always yelling at her. They can also communicate with other people when Hajime allows them to, but I'm willing to handwave that for threads if you don't want to deal with it.

BACKTAGGING; My own tag speed can range from very fast replies to taking a couple of days. It depends on how bored/busy I am so! I definitely do not mind if it takes you a while to get back at me. I will very happily continue a thread for as long as the other party is interested. If I drop anything, it's usually because life just got super hectic for me, sorry! If this happens you can definitely ask me to pick the thread back up again and I will.
